Opening Ceremonies – 4A High School Volleyball Provincials
8:15am – Teams arrive at Our Lady of the Rockies High School
- Park in the back-parking lot and meet down in the cafeteria area.
- Teams will be greeted by OLR student volunteers with signage.
9:05am – Athletes march into gym as a team led by OLR volunteers. Marching band playing.
9:20am – Start of opening ceremonies. Konrad Plante to MC.
- Land Acknowledgment (10 mins)
- Jingle Dancers/Drummers
- Greetings
- OLR Principal Marilyn Nasse (2 minutes)
- CSHSAA – Helmut Keiser (2 minutes)
- ASAA – Jason Kozlow (2 minutes)
- Introduction of Keynote speaker - Adrian Wouts & Jaimie Thibeault-Soonias (7 mins)
- Keynote Speaker - TJ Sanders (15 mins)
- Athletes Oath – Stuart McDermid (Western Canada) /Averi Penner (Bowness) (2 minutes)
- Thank you! | OLR student volunteers to hand out swag bags/tags to each coach!
