Steps for Registration


Follow the steps below and complete all of the forms that are linked at the bottom of the page. All forms on this page must be completed by all schools attending the provincial tournament. This includes every form in each of the below steps.


Step 1:

Download and complete the below waiver forms. These forms must be completed and submitted to your school principal.
Form 1: Student
Form 2: Coach/Volunteer

For your school principal: Download and complete the below waiver forms found at the bottom of the page. These forms must be completed by the principal and submitted to (ASAA Office - info@asaa.ca)
Form 3: Principal (for Students)
Form 4: Principal (for Coach/Volunteer)


Step 2:

Download and complete the ASAA Provincial Registration/Roster Form and save it as an Excel file.


Step 3:

Email Provincial Registration/Roster Form, Team Photo, and Team Logo to info@asaa.ca AND brian.bridal@bearspawschool.com


Step 4:

Prepare event payment (see instructions below)
Prepare a cheque or EFT payment to the host school. If you have a cheque please bring it with you to the championship.
NOTE: The deadline to register is Monday, March 14, 2022 at 12:00 P.M.
