Entry Fee: $ 40/athlete Meal (Optional): $7/person Coaches Fee: $20.00 Loonie Fee: $1/athlete
According to ASAA Policy (page 44):
“Pay it Forward Loonie Fee: Each provincial championship will charge an additional $1 for each participating student and will remit those funds to the ASAA office after the championship. 100% of the funds will be directed into an ASAA scholarship fund to recognize student-athletes who give back to their communities by either coaching or officiating in school or community sport.Athletic Director/Coach School Registration Form
We ask that all Athletic Directors or Coaches of qualifying schools complete this form by 12pm Monday, March 4th in addition to the Zone Entry form that will come from the Zone Chairperson (Rural, Calgary, Edmonton).if you have any questions please contact Dawn-Marie.Hunter.Sharp@epsb.ca
If you wish to purchase the optional bagged lunch for your athletes and fail to complete this form, you will not recieve any meal tickets.

Memo: ASAA Wrestling Provincial Championship 2024.
Only one entry form per zone will be accepted. Competitors must be placed in the correct weight class and must be listed in order of finish at the qualifying competition for the Provincials (1 to 5). Fills will only be accepted from within the individual zone (Calgary, Rural, Edmonton) that has already registered for and paid for a competitor in that weight class. It is the responsibility of the Rural Provincial Chairperson, the Calgary and Edmonton City Championship Meet Chairpersons to coordinate and submit entries for their respective Zones by the deadline.
Each registered coach will receive a wristband which gives them access to the Coaches & OfficialsHospitality Room. This room will be stocked with food and beverages for Friday thru Saturday.
Please do not feed athletes or non-registered coaches and support staff from the hospitality room.
Payment for all competitors must be made by Friday March 8th, prior to weigh-in. One Cheque from
Each Zone (Calgary, Rurals, and Edmonton) to be accepted. Cheques should be payable to
McNally School.

Individuals failing to show: As per ASAA policy, in wrestling, participating schools will submit a
cheque for all athletes confirmed by the entry deadline. In the event an athlete(s) fail(s) to show, the
offending athlete’s school will be penalized an additional $50 per no show, to a maximum of $250
per school. The Executive will have the discretion to impose the penalty based on the rationale
provided by the school for the late withdrawal. We have had issues with no-shows in the past.
