STEP 1: SRS Registration (Athletic Director Only)

Click “EDIT” beside the qualified rugby team, and check the box titled “qualified for provincials” (SRS Instructions)

Once that is complete, a box beside each player and coach will appear that says “Provincials” beside it. Please check the box of each player and coach attending the championship.

STEP 2: Google Form

$600 + $15.00 per athlete (lunch fee) + $1.00 ($1 per athlete for ASAA scholarship)
