Check-In Monday, September 23, 2024

Zone Coaches or Teams and/or individual players will be able to check in at each course Monday, September 23, 2024 from 8:00 am – 9:15 am. Fees are to be paid at check-in, or mailed to Charles Spencer High School ahead of the Provincial tournament

Driving Range for the BOYS will be open at 8:00 am at Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club course (pending frost or other delays). The Driving Range and chipping/putting green will be open for the GIRLS at The Dunes Golf and Winter Club at 8:00am.

Welcoming Ceremony and Starting Instructions – All coaches, athletes and parents welcome 9:00AM - both courses

Tuesday September 24, 2024

Driving Range for the Boys will be open at 8:00 am at Grande Prairie Golf and Country Club course (pending frost or other delays). Driving Range and chipping/putting green will be open for the Girls at The Dunes Golf and Winter Club at 8:00am.

Award Presentations will be held at EACH COURSE after the conclusion of play and scores are complete.

 

Call either Course ProShop prior to the Provincial Championship for practice rounds. 

 

Pull Carts - A limited number of pull carts will also be available at both locations, first come first serve basis at the tournament, cost will be the responsibility of the player.If you have your own cart you may want to bring it.

 

Golf Carts - Parents/Spectators will not have access to golf Carts (unless for medical reasons -  rent their own) - Coaches can rent one  for $45.00 per day,

 

**All participants and guests are reminded that we are guests at the two host clubs and as such shall, at all times, be respectful of the opportunity to play these courses and courteous to all club and tournament officials

 

Banquet/Tournament Social Activity

In conjunction with ASAA Policy, where Provincial Banquets are no longer a mandatory event, we will NOT be hosting a supper banquet or social activity. There are many dine-in restaurants for athletes/coaches/parents to partake in a relaxing evening meal. Here are a few suggestions below:
