Steps for Registration
Each ZONE MANAGER must complete the Zone Registration Form for all schools participating from their Zone by 11:59 PM on Thursday September 19th, 2024. Each SCHOOL must submit the online Registration & Fees Form by 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2024
ZONE REGISTRATION FORM
There is one Zone Registration Form that must be completed ONLY by the Zone Manager via the spreadsheet provided by ASAA.
The Zone registration form is a Google Sheets file that will be shared via e-mail to the Zone Managers. If you do not receive the form, please contact shelbea@asaa.ca

COACHES REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration & fees - Please see the registration & fee’s link below. Each coach will be expected to fill out the google form for each one of their athletes.
Coaches Registration will be due: Thursday, September 19, 2024 @ 11:59 pm

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Athlete Registration Fees are $130 per player which includes:
- Two green fees
- Two lunches
- Range balls included at both courses
- Golf Genius
- ASAA Pay It Forward Loonie Fee
**Any school who has failed to pay the registration fees for their team or individual by October 31st, 2024 will be fined the amount equal to the registration fees ($130.00). 100% of the fines collected from overdue fees will go back to the Host School**
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Please only one cheque per School - Please cheque with your Zone Manager if your zone will be playing by one separate zone cheque
Payment can be made by Cheque before or at check-in, and cheques can be made out to: Charles Spencer High School
